I recently purchased a new sig, straight from the box, shooting was great, 500 rds later, still no misfire. I've stayed with CCI minimags (recommended) never a problem. Great gun!

One has to wonder about Sig Sauer, for not getting on these forums to redeem themselves, or to offer some news on their website as to what if any changes have they made to the gun.
I own a P228, and I have been very impressed with it, and was very exited to see the 22cal version. But by even holding it, it was apparent that it was not machined like my P228. The decocking spring is so hard that it forces your trigger almost out of your grip. I though that anything with the Sig name, would be top notch!!! This makes me think that perhaps I got lucky with m P228!

Purchased used, not many rounds through at time of purchase, like the fact it is easy to handle and able to fire many rounds inexpensively. Having said this it is very temper mental to which ammo used, so far Blazer and CCI are best anything else causes numerous failures.
