i am rather impressed with this firearm i just bought. at first i took it to the range and fired cheap rim fire thunderbolt ammunition, i left dissapointed after severl failures to eject! later i purchaced the CCI and federal ammo then proceeded 2 fire several hundred rounds without error. only after 1000- 1200 rounds did i have ejection malfuctions, however after cleaning it was back 2 normal

Both of my P239/.40's and my P226/9mm operate flawlessly with any ammo, even reloads. I purchased the Mosquito without researching because it is a SIG SAUER, I made the purchase on Sig's reputation and did not think reading reviews would be relevent. I was wrong, the Mosquito is not very true to the Sig Sauer legacy. The trigger is quite hard to pull and feels very sloppy, it has had multiple failure to eject problems with standard high velocity rounds (with the thin spring) I have however, fired the CCI mini mags without any failures.
Good Luck

This little 22 is very comfortable to handle. As a woman, it has very little kick, is easy to break down, clean, and in general to handle. 22 loads are fairly cheap, so you can get a lot of practice in. First couple of times I had a little problem with the sights, but figured it out, good accuracy for a small arm.
