I received a value-added bonus with this mag. The length that is extended outside of the magazine well has a factory "grip" just above the floor plate that ostensibly extends the grip down an inch. This is not apparent on the illustration, but adds a level of security to the extension and a tactical edge, as well. I am not sure how I would feel with a "naked" magazine sticking out of the bottom of my weapon.

Not really impressed. Product is not like picture - the magazine has a surface like the grip on the bottom and protrudes from the bottom of the grip over an inch, or the thickness of two .45 rounds...could never carry it concealed like that. Only good for having the extra rounds in a magazine for home defense or at the range - and only when shooting off hand. The only bennie is the extra two rounds.
